Role Objective:
Our client, operating within the automotive sector, is seeking to recruit energetic, customer-oriented, and target-driven Junior Sales Officers. The successful candidates will play a key role in expanding customer reach, driving vehicle-related product/service sales, and strengthening client relationships to support overall business growth.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new customers to grow the client base within the automotive market
- Promote and sell automotive workshop services, spare parts, and related products to individual and corporate clients
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide clear, accurate product and service information
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active and repeat customers
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and transactions
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility activities within the automotive business
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the automotive industry
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, demand trends, and product/service performance
- Ensure proper display and presentation of automotive products and services where applicable
- Perform any other sales-related duties as may be assigned
Job Specifications and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales; experience in a workshop or technical environment will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
