About the Role

Olkazi Consultants is seeking dynamic and motivated Junior Recruitment Consultants to join our growing network across Kenya. You will work closely with our senior team to source, engage, and place candidates across various industries while building strong relationships with clients and job seekers in your region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients and candidates through networking and outreach.
• Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Support recruitment campaigns and local hiring drives.
• Maintain accurate records of clients and placements.
• Represent Olkazi Consultants professionally within your community.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of recruitment or sales will be an advantage.
• Must currently reside in: Nakuru, Kenya.
• Access to a computer or smartphone and reliable internet connection.
• Fresh graduate in any field with passion for sales.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. Earn 40% commission on all successful sales and placements you generate. There is no base salary, making this ideal for high-performing individuals who enjoy flexible, results-driven work.
