KAVADI Coordinator
Incubation, Operations & Partnerships
Location: KAVADIĀ® Hub, Nanyuki, Kenya
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the KAVADI incubation hub
- Manage intake, evaluation, and tracking of incubated enterprises
- Support development and delivery of training modules across sectors
- Oversee hub utilization: machinery, training spaces, and schedules
- Engage partners (NGOs, donors, private sector) and support reporting
- Monitor performance of incubatees (technical, commercial, operational)
- Ensure alignment with value chain development and restoration goals
Education & Experience
- Degree in Business, Development, Agribusiness, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in incubation, project coordination, or enterprise development preferred
- Strong understanding of value chains, SMEs, and livelihood programs
- Experience working in the field with pastoralist communities as plus
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder environments (donors, communities, private sector)
