Reporting Line
Reports to the Chief Operations Officer.
Role Purpose
To drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing large-scale enterprise clients for BPO and Contact Centre services.
Responsibilities or duties
- Identify and acquire high-value enterprise clients in local and international markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Develop tailored solutions and pricing models to meet client needs.
- Deliver high-impact presentations and lead contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while reporting through CRM.
Qualifications or requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, commercial acumen, and the ability to work in a start-up environment.
Experience needed
- 5–8 years of experience in BPO or corporate services sales.
- Proven track record in managing complex enterprise accounts.

- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
