Responsibilities or duties
At its core, this position is about owning the performance of key accounts end-to-end.
That means:
- Turning strategy into measurable revenue outcomes
- Building long-term, value-driven partnerships with retail clients
- Driving accountability through well-executed Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Ensuring in-store excellence, from visibility to product availability
- Continuously identifying new opportunities to grow account value
Key areas of impact:
- Revenue growth and commercial performance across key accounts
- Execution and tracking of Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Strengthening strategic relationships with retail partners
- Driving in-store visibility, merchandising, and distribution
- Leveraging data and insights to optimize account performance
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
This role requires a commercially sharp, execution-focused professional who brings:
- A proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- High ownership, accountability, and attention to performance metrics
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Experience needed
4–7+ years’ experience in key account management, retail, or FMCG
