We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Key Accounts Representative to manage our Nairobi territory. Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Execute targeted business plans to achieve sales goals and increase market share within a defined territory.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, professional partnerships with key customers, primarily retail pharmacies (both chains and standalone).
  • Be a Solution Partner: Understand customer needs and provide tailored product information and solutions from our portfolio.
  • Engage the Market: Conduct impactful product presentations to healthcare professionals and utilize digital tools to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Marketing, Telesales, and Key Account Management teams to maximize territory performance and share vital market insights.

A typical day includes:

  • Planning and visiting pharmacy clients to ensure product availability and take orders.
  • Delivering a compelling product presentation to doctors, pharmacist’s and wholesalers in coordination with marketing and telesales teams.
  • Analysing competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Using our CRM and digital platforms to track activities and manage customer relationships.
  • Collaborating with your team to strategize on achieving monthly targets.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Veterinary Medicine.
  • This is an entry-level position; we are seeking graduates with high potential and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – you’re proactive, resourceful and see challenges as opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people easily.
  • High energy, self-discipline and a clear focus on achieving results.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Good proficiency with IT tools and digital platforms.
