JOB DETAILS:

Intelli-Wealth is looking for a Lead Curriculum Expert to lead Training of Trainers (TOT) for NyOTA Project to led Training of Trainers (TOT), and drive high-quality, consistent delivery to youth beneficiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead county-based TOT sessions and model teaching demonstrations, Mentor, coach and provide te
• Standardize curriculum delivery across counties and conduct quality checks
• Support MAE to track capacity gaps and learning outcomes
• Ensure short technical briefs on training progress and insights
• Ensure safeguarding principles are upheld

Curriculum areas

• Master’s degree (Business, Economics, Development Studies, Education, Public Policy or related) –
• 25 years in youth capacity building or enterprise development (national/county level)
• Proven TOT facilitation; experience
• Strong knowledge of Kenya’s youth economic empowerment ecosystem. Fluent in English & Kiswahili; willing to travel to counties

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
