Kitchen / General Cleaner

Job Summary

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, lounge, restaurant, and other designated areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen, restaurant, and general work areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect assigned areas.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, floors, and waste areas.
• Properly collect and dispose of waste.
• Replenish cleaning supplies when required.
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance or cleanliness issues to supervisors.
• Support other cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit and hardworking.
• Honest, reliable, and disciplined.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
