Job Summary

The Kitchen Manager oversees all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production, high-quality standards, food safety compliance, inventory control, and effective management of kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and workflow.
  • Ensure food quality and consistency.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Control food costs and inventory.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Relevant kitchen management experience.
