JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and back-of-house areas. This role is vital in ensuring chefs have a clean working environment and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
- Clean kitchen floors, walls, and drains.
- Assist in basic food preparation (peeling, cutting) if required.
- Empty trash and maintain recycling areas.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked.
Qualifications:
- Hardworking and physically fit.
- Attention to detail regarding hygiene.
- Team player.

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: high school
