Roles & Responsibilities

Operations-Setting up Distributors on the core banking systems

Verification of KUZA Contracts with Partner and Distributors

Handling reconciliations issues from KUZA and Distributors

Petty cash management and loan reconciliation activities in accordance with company policy and procedures

Uploading of data shared by the Business development team to the core banking systems

Assist in Loan approvals, affordability changes, waivers and admin issues via Fresh desk

Preparing and tracking attendance

Allocation & tracking of company assets

Preparation of reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)

Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.

Troubleshoot issues related to the KUZA systems

Administration and Logistics: Ensuring that all teams are well equipped with necessary tools of trade

Kit out, repair and maintenance for all KUZA units

In charge of Dispatch of Collaterals to KUZA team in the field

Liaising with the courier to deliver supplies where they are needed

In charge of updating of Operations drive and files

In charge of unit licensing and renewals for both premises and signage.

Organizing company events.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Finance Services background is mandatory

Degree from a recognized University

Tech Savvy

Self-starter, problem solver and able to work under minimal supervision

Integrity

Strong process and results focus

High communications & presentation skills

Ability to handle confidential information

Organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
