JOB DETAILS:
ROLE OVERVIEW
Evaluate, approve, and manage loans for individuals and small businesses while building strong customer relationships and ensuring responsible lending.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Diploma in Co-operative Management or equivalent
- KCSE C (Plain) and above
- At least 2 years' relevant experience
- 25 years and above
- Willingness to ride a motorbike (riding licence is an added advantage)
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
- Strong communication skills
