About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented LPG Territory Manager to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding market share within their assigned territory. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the LPG market and excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including industrial and commercial clients.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

Provide technical support and product information to customers.

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the LPG or energy sector.

Strong understanding of the industrial and commercial customer segments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or territory management role.

Experience in the LPG industry is a strong advantage.
