Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology with a Master's Degree in a related field
Valid KMLTTB registration and practicing license required
Minimum 5 years' experience managing hospital laboratory operations
Strong technical experience in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Histopathology, Blood Bank, and QMS
Experience in ISO 15189, lab audits, accreditation standards, biosafety, and lab operations management
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
