The medicover group of Hospitals is the leading and largest healthcare service provider in Nairobi with high focus on quality, cost effective and world class healthcare for our clients. We currently have four (4) branches in Nairobi.

Sample Handling: Collecting, receiving, preparing, and analyzing biological, chemical, or environmental samples and specimens. Testing & Analysis: Performing routine and specialized tests and experiments, following established procedures to produce reliable data. Equipment Management: Setting up, calibrating, cleaning, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment and instruments. Data Management: Accurately recording test results and observations, preparing detailed reports, and documenting experiments. Inventory & Supplies: Managing stock levels, ordering supplies and reagents, and ensuring the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced. Safety & Compliance: Adhering to strict safety protocols, waste disposal procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment. Collaboration: Working effectively with scientists, medical personnel, and other lab staff to support research, development, and quality assurance projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with laboratory techniques and equipment, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in performing tasks, recording data, and following strict procedures for accuracy and reliability. Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to present results to senior staff, write reports, and collaborate with team members. Organization: Ability to manage inventory, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and keep accurate records. Accuracy & Independence: A strong sense of independence and accuracy in the workplace to ensure the quality of laboratory results. Adaptability: Keeping up-to-date with new technical developments and being able to learn and apply new procedures.

Bachelor's degree in related field
