Work Global Careers Ltd is hiring for a Laboratory Technician position in the Animal Feed Industry. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing quality services.

Responsibilities

  • Key responsibilities include performing chemical, microbiological, and nutritional testing of feed ingredients and finished products.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO, HACCP, and KEBS standards for quality assurance.
  • Conducting nutritional profiling to assess protein, fiber, vitamins, and mineral content for livestock performance.
  • Collaborating with R&D teams on new feed formulations and providing technical advice to farmers and sales teams.
  • Maintaining accurate records of tests, formulations, and compliance reports through thorough documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Science Laboratory Technology, Food Science, or Animal Nutrition.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in laboratory testing, specifically within the animal feed industry, is required.
  • Strong knowledge of livestock nutrition and feed formulation is essential.
  • Proficiency in laboratory equipment handling and safety protocols is also necessary.
