JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose

To perform laboratory tests and analyses that support accurate diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases while ensuring compliance with quality assurance and laboratory safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, receive, process, and analyze laboratory specimens.
• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests according to established procedures.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to laboratory safety protocols.
• Record, interpret, and report laboratory results accurately and promptly.
• Maintain laboratory inventory, equipment, and consumables.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Valid professional registration and practicing license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
