  • Perform laboratory tests and analyses accurately in line with clinical protocols.
  • Collect, process and handle patient specimens safely.
  • Maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of results.
  • Adhere to infection control, biosafety and quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Higher Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences
  • Valid KMLTTB practising licence
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification clinical laboratory experience
  • Proficiency in routine and specialised testing, including haematology, biochemistry and microbiology
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
