Key Responsibilities
- Collect, prepare, and analyse patient specimens (blood, urine, tissue, etc.)
- Perform routine and specialised laboratory tests accurately and within set timelines
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
- Record, verify, and report test results to relevant clinicians
- Maintain laboratory hygiene, safety, and infection control standards
- Manage stock levels of reagents and laboratory supplies
- Adhere to quality assurance and standard operating procedures
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences
- Valid KMLTTB registration/license
- Minimum 1-2 years' relevant laboratory experience
- Good knowledge of laboratory safety and quality control practices
- Attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills
