JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical, biological, and microscopic tests
- Analyze and report test results accurately
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
- Ensure quality control and safety protocols
- Process and handle specimens correctly
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation
- Assist in laboratory inventory management
- Follow standardized procedures and protocols
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Registered with Allied Health Professions Council of Zambia
- 3+ years experience in medical laboratory
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality assurance
- Strong analytical and technical skills
