Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Laboratory Technologist to join our team at our Joska facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses accurately and efficiently.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance procedures are followed.
• Record and report test results.
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.
• Valid KMLTTB license.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
