Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution
- Registered with KMLTTB and holding a valid practicing license
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Demonstrated leadership, performance management, and team mentorship skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure clinical environments
- Strong appreciation of laboratory services within overall hospital profitability
Role Summary
- The Laboratory In-Charge will provide strategic and operational leadership of laboratory services, ensuring quality diagnostics, regulatory compliance, staff performance, and contribution to institutional profitability.
