About the Job

Our client, a leading real estate developer in Tatu City, is seeking to hire a diligent and organized Labour Desk Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all labour-related activities on-site, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all site workers, including attendance, hours worked, and payroll information.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and HR department to ensure adequate staffing levels and manage labour deployment.
  • Process payroll for all site workers accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Manage the issuance and tracking of work permits and identification badges for all workers.
  • Handle employee grievances and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized labour desk office.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new workers.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on labour activities to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar set up or experience with operative labour teams within a civil engineering or construction business.
  • Demonstrates excellent Customer Service
  • Proven ability to organize labour resourcing requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll/HR skills.
  • Excellent organization and record keeping skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Labour Desk Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
