Job Summary

The Lash Technician specializes in eyelash extension applications, lash lifting, tinting, and related beauty services while ensuring safe procedures, exceptional client care, and outstanding aesthetic results.

Key Responsibilities

Lash Services

• Apply classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extensions.
• Perform lash lifting and tinting services.
• Conduct consultations before treatments.
• Safely remove eyelash extensions.
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures.

Client Experience

• Ensure client comfort throughout treatments.
• Deliver personalized services.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain appointment records.

Hygiene & Safety

• Sterilize tools and equipment.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Follow infection prevention protocols.
• Monitor beauty product inventory.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification in Eyelash Extension Application or Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum 1–2 years' practical experience.
• Knowledge of lash health and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
