Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join the team at an Ultra Luxury Beachfront Hotel in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of the hotel's laundry operations, maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, and ironers.
• Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold linens, towels, and guest garments according to established standards.
• Identify and report any damaged or stained items.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel laundry or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate laundry machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
