Your Impact

Your expertise in laundry operations directly enhances the guest's experience and supports the seamless functioning of onboard services. You ensure that all linens, towels, uniforms, and guest garments are impeccably cleaned, pressed, and presented, contributing to the overall luxury and comfort of our cruise experience. Your Journey So Far

• Proven experience as a Laundry Operator or in a similar role, ideally within a cruise ship, luxury hospitality, or large-scale laundry facility.
• Strong knowledge of industrial laundry machines, pressing equipment, and garment care, with the ability to handle various types of fabrics.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring efficiency and quality in laundry processes.
• Familiarity with health, hygiene, and safety standards related to laundry operations.
• Prior experience handling guest and crew laundry services, with a commitment to maintaining high presentation standards.

Your Essentials

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in laundry operations or a related field.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) to communicate effectively with colleagues and follow safety protocols.
• A strong sense of attention to detail, ensuring that all laundry items are processed to the highest standards.
• The ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a smooth and productive workflow.
