JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain radio-based communication networks (PTP/PTMP)
• Configure and troubleshoot IP systems, including routing and switching
• Conduct field site surveys and optimize coverage
• Maintain and manage backup power systems
• Prepare documentation, provide training, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with PTP and PTMP radio systems, IP networking (routers, switches, and power systems)
• Proven experience in field operations, including site surveys and system installations.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote environments. Excellent communication.
