JOB DETAILS:
We Are Hiring
LEAD SOLAR INSTALLER
SALARY: KES 55,000 + medical cover
LOCATION: MOMBASA ROAD
All Candidates Must:
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 4+ years’ hands-on experience in solar PV installation.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, battery storage systems (BESS), mounting structures, and electrical installations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Valid EPRA T2 License is mandatory.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and working-at-height procedures.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
