Responsibilities
The Lead Waiter will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service within the office environment, ensuring professional and seamless hospitality experience for staff, senior management, and VIP guests. The role includes directly serving senior management team and other VIP visitors, maintaining excellent service standards, and overseeing the setup and presentation of refreshments during meetings and official engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional food and beverage service within the office environment.
- Ensure timely and courteous service to management and all VIP guests visiting the office.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, meals, and refreshments during meetings.
- Set up meeting rooms with the necessary refreshments and ensure proper table presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in pantry and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen or catering teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Ensure that VIP service is handled with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Supervise and guide other wait staff when necessary to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor pantry supplies and ensure adequate stock of beverages, snacks, and serving materials.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of service equipment and utensils.
- Assist with hospitality arrangements during corporate functions and special events.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when serving senior management and VIP guests.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple service requests efficiently.
