KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and evaluate training & development programs aligned with business goals
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill and performance gaps
- Develop learning plans, materials, and delivery methods (workshops, e-learning, coaching)
- Monitor and track training effectiveness and employee performance improvement
- Partner with department heads to build team capability and succession pipelines
- Drive onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
- Maintain training records and support HR reporting and compliance
- Provide support on employee development, engagement, and performance improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Mandatory)
- 3+ years' experience with at least 80% of the role focused on Learning & Development (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance management
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Empathy, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- High integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset
