We are looking for someone who can;

Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development plan aligned with company objectives. Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to identify skills and capability gaps. Coordinate and deliver impactful learning programs, from technical and leadership development to compliance and soft skills training. Support performance management processes by coaching managers and employees on goal-setting and feedback.

Leadership & Management: Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and direct strategic initiatives. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, management, and stakeholders. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor L&D programs. Instructional Design: Skills in designing and developing effective learning materials, e-learning modules, and various training formats. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze people data, metrics, and HR analytics to identify needs and assess program success. Business Acumen: Understanding of organizational development, business goals, and how to align employee development with company objectives. Budget Management: Experience in managing and forecasting training budgets and resources effectively.

Bachelor's degree in related field
