Responsibilities or duties

Design and deliver practical courses on modern instructional methodologies, including learner-centered pedagogies, differentiated instruction, and active learning strategies.

Teach students how to develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum frameworks aligned with national education goals and competency-based curricula.

Train pre-service teachers in the effective use of educational media, including audio-visual aids, digital tools, e-learning platforms, and open educational resources.

Integrate information and communication technology (ICT) into teaching by demonstrating how to use Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom) for course delivery and assessment.

Supervise student teachers during teaching practice, providing constructive feedback on their instructional techniques and classroom management.

Conduct action research on instructional effectiveness, curriculum implementation challenges, and the impact of educational media on learning outcomes.

Develop and review curriculum materials, including lesson plans, teaching guides, and multimedia content for various subjects.

Organize and facilitate workshops for fellow educators on innovative teaching strategies and technology integration.

Assess and evaluate student performance through diverse assessment methods, including portfolios, presentations, and project-based evaluations.

Collaborate with schools and educational institutions to pilot new instructional materials and media resources.
