Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) invites applications from competent, results-oriented, knowledgeable, dynamic, visionary and experienced persons to fill vacant positions at the College Headquarters and campuses across Kenya.

KMTC is a state corporation established by an Act of Parliament under the Ministry of Health. Founded in 1927, the College plays a central role in training health professionals and supporting the delivery of quality healthcare services in Kenya. Through its campuses and specialised programmes, the institution continues to contribute to the development of a skilled health workforce for the country.

The KMTC Board of Directors is seeking suitable candidates for positions in academic training, information communication technology, finance, human resource management, library services, supply chain management, administration, security, transport and office support. The available opportunities offer professionals and support staff a chance to contribute to the College’s mandate of producing competent healthcare workers and strengthening institutional service delivery.

The Lecturer II, Mortuary Science will support the training of students enrolled in mortuary science programmes. The officer will facilitate lectures, practical instruction and demonstrations in the assigned subject areas. The role will involve helping learners understand professional procedures, safety practices and the technical requirements associated with mortuary science.

The officer will also support student assessment, academic records, preparation of teaching plans and participation in departmental programmes. The position requires a commitment to orderly training delivery and learner support. Through this role, the College seeks to strengthen the quality of specialised health-related training offered to its students.
