Person Specifications

• An earned PhD or equivalent Doctoral degree in Pediatric Nursing/ Critical Care Nursing/ Medical Surgical Nursing from an accredited and recognized University;
• OR
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited and recognized University;
• Hold a Master’s degree in Pediatric Nursing/ Critical Care Nursing/ Medical Surgical Nursing from an accredited and recognized University;
• Progress towards completion of Ph.D. will be an added advantage;
• Demonstrate evidence of teaching experience at University level or in research or in industry;
• Demonstrate evidence of publications in reputable peer reviewed journals;
• Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya and have a valid practice license;
• Proficiency in computer applications.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
