JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities    

• Initiate and propose development of client driven programs,
• Develop the teaching materials, teach, and mentor both the undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Set, moderate and mark examinations for both the undergraduate and postgraduate students
• Participate in the development and preparation of annual departmental and school plans
• Supervise educational activities/projects/thesis
• Assess industrial attachments for both the undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Attend and participate in seminars/workshops/conferences in relevant fields
• Supervise dissertations/theses at the graduate level.
• Development and Review of curriculum

Qualifications and skills    

• PhD or equivalent degree qualification in Community Health , Environmental Health, Occpational Health,Epidemiology,Population Health, Water, Sanitation anf Hygiene from recognized University
• At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the University level as a Tutorial Fellow
• Have evidence of Membership in a good standing of professional societies/boards
• Must have a minimum of atleast twenty-four (24) publication points in refereed journals
