Kabarak University is a private Chartered institution of higher learning that provides holistic Christian-based quality education, training, research and outreach activities for the service of God and humanity.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching and research. (Four courses per semester)
• Supervision of research projects.
• Mentoring of students and academic advising.
• Setting and marking assignments, Tests and Examinations.
• Assisting in smooth running of department.
• Development and Review of curriculum.
• Providing leadership to the other departmental members.

Qualifications and skills

• An earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification inthe area of specialization or relevant field from an accredited and recognized University; and be registered or register able with the relevant professional body (where applicable).
• A Master degree in the area of specializationorrelevant field from accredited and recognized University (in special cases) with at least three (3) years teaching experience at University level or in research or in industry
• (3) years teaching experience at University level or in research or in industry;
• Registered with the relevant professional body
• A minimum of 24 publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers
• Born again Christian and active member of a local church.
