JOB DETAILS:
Background
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Ledger Clerk to support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations. This role will focus on accurate invoicing, posting customer payments, supplier invoice processing, reconciliations, and ensuring payments are made and received within agreed terms.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining clean ledgers, supporting credit control, resolving supplier and customer queries, and ensuring transactions are accurately recorded within the ERP system.
Key focus areas:
- Processing supplier invoices and matching to purchase orders
- Managing Accounts Payable and supplier payments within terms
- Raising sales invoices and maintaining Accounts Receivable
- Posting and allocating customer payments
- Supplier and customer statement reconciliations
- Credit control and follow-ups on outstanding balances
- Maintaining accurate ledger records in ERP systems
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
