We are seeking a Pre‑Litigation Legal Assistant with excellent communication skills, strong organization, and advanced English proficiency to support the management of personal injury cases.
Responsibilities
- Ongoing follow‑up with clients.
- Contact with hospitals, insurance companies, and police.
- Handling a high volume of cases.
- Prioritizing urgent tasks.
- Coordinating therapies.
- Managing confidential information.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of legal experience.
- Advanced English (C1).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and clear communication.

Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (EST)
? On‑site – Nairobi
