Background

Job Description

For appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have: -

• Bachelor of law (LL.B)from a recognized university
• Post graduate diploma from Kenya School of Law
• Proficiency in computer application
• Membership to the relevant profession

Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Litigation; legal research; drafting and filing pleadings on the judiciary e-filing platform; correspondences; perusal of court file and preparation of periodic progress report; service pleading; preparing legal opinions; drafting of legal instruments, bills, policies and regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

For appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have: -

• Post graduate diploma from Kenya School of Law
• Proficiency in computer application
