Background

Baron Capital Limited is a non-deposit Taking Lending Institution, registered in the republic of Kenya in the year 2016. We started our operations in January 2017 in Ongata Rongai. Our products include:- - Logbook Loans. - Title Deed Loans. - Asset Financing. - Loan Buy Off.

Responsibilities:

Litigation and dispute resolution

Debt recovery and collections matters

Drafting and reviewing legal documents

Court procedures and case management

Legal research and legal opinions

Liaising with external advocates, courts, and other relevant stakeholders

Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree

Advocate of the High Court of Kenya

Valid practising certificate

Experience:

Relevant experience in litigation, preferably in a financial institution or microfinance environment
