JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
LLB Degree from a recognized university in Kenya
Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate
Excellent understanding of Kenyan laws and legal procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience needed
1-3 years of post-admission experience (preferably in a corporate, healthcare or law firm setup)
Responsibilities or duties
Provide legal support and advisory to the organization
Draft, review and vet contracts and agreements
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Support in corporate secretarial and statutory compliances
Maintain legal records and documentation
Work Hours: 8
