Job Summary:
Sarova Hotels is seeking a highly competent Legal & Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and implement regulatory changes.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Provide legal advice and support to management.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
- Proven experience in legal and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
