Responsibilities or duties
Core Focus: Contract law, compliance, and intellectual property.
- Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, MOUs, and NDAs.
- Conduct legal research on broadcasting regulations and intellectual property laws.
- Help maintain the company’s contracts register and legal filing system.
- Assist in the management of trademark, patent, and copyright registrations.
- Support the legal team in preparing for litigation/dispute resolution.
- Review promotional materials for legal compliance.
- Assist in drafting internal legal opinions and memos.
- Help screen rights agreements for music, content, and talent.
