Job Summary

We are seeking vigilant, safety-conscious, and alert Lifeguards to monitor our aquatic zones, ensure compliance with pool and slide safety regulations, and provide immediate assistance or first aid to guests when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor designated swimming pools, water slides, and splash zones to ensure guest safety.
• Enforce waterpark safety rules and regulations consistently and politely.
• Respond immediately to emergencies, perform water rescues, and administer first aid or CPR if necessary.
• Inspect aquatic facilities daily to verify that safety equipment is functioning and water conditions are ideal.
• Provide welcoming, clear assistance and safety guidance to all waterpark visitors.

Requirements & Competencies

• Technical Skills: Valid Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR certifications from a recognized training institution.
• Attributes: Alert, reliable, highly responsible, and physically fit with strong swimming capabilities.
• Service Mindset: Positive attitude, excellent customer service orientation, and a strong team-player spirit.
• Availability: Flexible to work during peak hours, including weekends and public holidays.
