• Liner Machine operators (1)

Machine operation: Set up, start, and monitor liner machines to ensure they are running efficiently. Quality control: Conduct regular quality checks, inspect products for defects, and ensure packaging and labeling are accurate. Maintenance: Perform daily and preventive maintenance on the machines, which can include cleaning, oiling, and making minor adjustments. Troubleshooting: Identify and fix operational or mechanical issues, and call for further assistance when needed. Material and product handling: Supply raw materials to the machine and remove finished products from the line. Documentation: Maintain production records, which can include output, machine performance, and quality control data. Safety and compliance: Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Team coordination: Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.

Mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining machinery. Attention to detail for quality control and documentation. Physical ability to perform tasks like loading materials and handling finished products. Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machine issues. Often requires on-the-job training, though prior experience can be beneficial. Familiarity with specific industry standards like GMP may be necessary, especially in food or medical device manufacturing.
