Key Responsibilities

• Host engaging live streaming sessions daily according to the assigned schedule.
• Maintain a lively, interactive, and professional atmosphere throughout each live broadcast.
• Introduce and demonstrate products while responding to customer questions in real time.
• Encourage high-intent customers to send private messages, join community groups, and connect through private communication channels.
• Showcase product features and assist with sample demonstrations and replacements during live sessions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to follow up on potential customers generated from live streams.
• Prepare products and materials before each live session.
• Assist in creating and filming short promotional videos to advertise upcoming live streams.
• Work closely with the team to improve live stream performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in live streaming, content creation, digital marketing, customer engagement, or a similar role.
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera with the ability to maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout live sessions.
• Fluent in both English and Swahili, with the ability to understand and engage customers from diverse backgrounds and local accents.
• Previous experience hosting TikTok Live or other social media live streaming platforms will be an added advantage.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts while adhering to team schedules and operational requirements.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
