Mwanzo Credit Limited is a licensed and regulated credit provider that offers financial solutions to small and medium enterprise ($MEs).
The company is recruiting for serious individuals for the position of 

Loan Officers.

JOB SUMMARY

Ensure targets for the month are achieved by bringing in new loans, collections of the loans and disbursing loans as per targets given.
Young energetic individuals with good marketing skills to achieve the demanding on-boarding and disbursement targets.
Aggressive and self-motivated people who requires minimal supervision to perform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• On-boarding new customers
• Customer follow-up
• Provision of timely reports
• To ensure clients are making weekly installments as it should be.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Ensure proper appraisal of business and home is done
• Develop, update and maintain a database of potential customers
• Working towards hitting branch disbursement and collections targets.
• Assisting in running branch operations
• Develop overall disbursements and collections strategy to achieve set KPI’s.
• Ensure proper asset listing and valuation is done.
• Ensure company SOPs (standard operating procedures) are followed to the latter.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a Business-related Degree or Diploma
• Have 2years experience in a micro-finance company
• Have good communications skills
• Customer relations skills
• Aggressive and have high levels of integrity
• Computer Literacy
• A strong, mission driven and ambitious person who leads by example.
• Previous experience and understanding of microfinance institutions
• A strong, mission driven and ambitious person

NB: The successful candidate(s) will be based anywhere in the country.
