Job Summary:
Clara Rosa Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Officer to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care across outpatient and inpatient settings while contributing to the hospital’s mission of patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
- Conduct patient assessments and formulate care plans.
- Prescribe appropriate treatment, investigations, and referrals.
- Provide emergency care and support inpatient management.
- Document patient information accurately in the hospital system.
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention and clinical guidelines.
- Participate in clinical audits and continuous medical education.
- Collaborate with nursing, lab, pharmacy, and other departments for coordinated care.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.
- Registered and licensed by the Clinical Officers Council of Kenya.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (internship acceptable).
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
