Are you a results-driven logistics professional with hands-on experience in the construction industry? Do you excel in coordinating complex supply chains and ensuring seamless site operations? Our client, a market leader in construction solutions and ready-mix concrete supply across East Africa, is seeking a Logistics Officer to strengthen their operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations across multiple construction sites and plants.
- Manage fleet movement, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and transport partners.
- Monitor inventory levels, material availability, and supply chain performance.
- Drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement in logistics processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.

- Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry in a logistics, supply chain, or operations role (mandatory).
- Proven experience managing logistics in fast-paced, multi-site construction environments.
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
