Lounge Supervisor
Job Summary

The Lounge Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house operations.
  • Manage staff schedules and performance.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality.
  • Oversee stock control and inventory.
  • Ensure At least At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare operational reports.
  • Train and mentor staff.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
